Estimated delivery time: 15 to 21 business days after shipment.

Priority Shipping
Faster delivery option: 6 to 16 business days after shipment.


Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery via USPS, 4PX, or SpeedX.

Delivery Guarantee

All shipments include insurance against loss or damage and can be tracked online at any time.

If your package is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipment date, we will offer you a full refund or reshipment, whichever you prefer.

Import Fees

No import or customs fees will be charged to customers.
If any customs fees are applied, they are fully covered by El12Store — no extra cost to you.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a correction within 1 business day of purchase at no cost.

  • If your order has already been shipped or is returned due to an incorrect address, a $20 reshipment fee will be charged.


Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
